    • By filling out our Onboarding Paperwork (optional)

    *If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

  • Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

  • Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to your upcoming appointments. If needed we will reach out about payment methods: cash pay, insurance, etc.

    You can opt-out at any time by responding with “STOP.”

  • You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Wonderfully Made Therapy at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list through our Contact form on our website.

    • Personal information is collected only when we have the parent/caregivers consent

    • Personal information is used to help direct Therapy Plans for the child’s specific needs.

    • Personal information is shared with our Wonderfully Made Admin team and Contractors who are assigned to the client.

    • SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.
