About our team
People matter! Your people and our people.
Cindy Puckett, OTR/L, CPRCS
Hello, I am Cynthia Puckett (you can call me Cindy). I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1997 with my degree in Occupational Therapy. I am a wife and mother to 3 girls.
In middle school, I first learned about Occupational Therapy as a career, became excited about learning more, and pursued it wholeheartedly from then on. I have been serving children and families in Oklahoma for over 25 years, working in early intervention, community settings, clinics, daycares, and schools.
One of my own children experienced a season of developmental challenges. Trying to love and nurture her fueled a passionate pursuit to find the underlying causes rather than using a band aid approach to surface issues.
I believe what we do for the children we serve is most effective when we partner with parents and caregivers to implement practice activities into the child's daily routines.
I believe all children are Wonderfully Made by God and are uniquely designed with a great purpose for their lives.
I want to faithfully use my gifts and skills to help your child grow and develop to use their gifts to their fullest potential.
In 2016 I founded Wonderfully Made Therapy Services, where it has been fun to see the ways it has helped us serve so many in ways I could have never imagined. Eager to learn more about our complex brains and body, I am regularly seeking new training opportunities to apply to our services.

Jordan Jones
MOTR/L
Hello! I’m Jordan, I have 3.5 years of professional experience!
I serve clients at Wonderfully Made Clinic, the headstart program, and in one of our school districts.
One thing I am enjoying with WMT is the emphasis that is placed on having the caregivers involved in the therapy process. Many places do not encourage caregivers to remain present throughout the sessions, but it has been great to see how WMT strives to show families how they can incorporate purposeful and therapeutic activities into their daily routines, in a creative way that does not feel like “work” for the child.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our 2 daughters. I also love to golf and enjoy most outdoor activities.

Jamie Lee
OTR/L
My name is Jamie Lee. I’m an Occupational Therapist and have worked primarily in pediatrics since graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2006. I have experience in home, school, and clinic based practice.
I love getting to know the unique personalities of each child and being a part of their journey. I am thankful to be on the Wonderfully Made Therapy team. Wonderfully Made Therapy strives for excellence and quality in the level of service they provide to children and their families. Occupational Therapy began with the goal to restore meaning and purpose to individual lives and continues to be important in keeping the focus of services on what is important to the client. When I’m not enjoying time with the children and families I work with, I love to travel and spend time with my 2 daughters, husband and dog, and sit in coffee shops with friends or a good book.

Madelyn Themer
Director of Business Administration
Hi! I’m Madelyn Themer! Some of my responsibilities include client/team coordination, onboarding new clients, client care, marketing, as well as a variety of business management tasks.
I graduated from OSU with a Marketing and Entrepreneurship Degree in 2024.
What I love most about Wonderfully Made Therapy is working with my mother, Cindy, and seeing clients and their families work hard to complete goals. It’s been a joy to communicate with and help connect parents as they are trying to care for their kids. I have learned so many valuable skills over this past year!
When I’m not working, I enjoy going for walks, game nights and hanging out with friends and family!
