Educational-based Occupational Therapy (OT) focuses on helping a student access and participate in their educational environment. OT may address skills such as fine motor abilities, handwriting, sensory regulation, visual-motor skills, attention, classroom routines, and other functional skills that impact a child’s ability to participate in school.

This is different from medical-based OT, like the services we provide in our clinic.
